Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All products shown on our website are original and match the pictures. We only use real product images, not stock photos.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a receipt by email and WhatsApp. You can also request a printed invoice upon delivery.

How can I return an item?

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please contact us on 056 748 4747 or WhatsApp to arrange pickup.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we restock many items regularly, but because we are an outlet store, some products are limited-edition and may not return. We recommend following our Instagram and Facebook pages to stay updated on restocks.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Shipping time is usually 1–3 days depending on your location. For Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai, we often deliver the next day.
